The Village

Arrens Marsous is the last village through which we can reach Spain passing by the village of Sallent de Gallego. Every year beginning of August is perpetuated the race of the fiancs through the crests.
The tourist information office located 1 km away will recommend you discoveries, activities and family hikings, services, shops, but also warmed up swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis, paragliding, without forgetting fishing in the mountain stream of
Azun or in the lake of Estaing by the col of Bordres.
The Val d'Azun is a valley proud of its athenticity. You will taste cheese, marmelades, honey... and other specialities.

Leisures

For the sportsmen the Balatous peak 3144m of altitude is an ideal place for hiking, it is located deep in the Val d'Azun ...
The GR10 (Great Hiking Path) is nearby.

De bat (valley) and Laytous (milk) means "the valley where the grass gives good milk"
Cows,sheeps and marmots are living there when spring starts. You will meet them when you will be hiking.
